01 Discussion, Planning & Researching
The first phase of a good web development project is the Discussion, Planning & Research phase. It's where we learn as much as we can about you, your organisation’s story and goals and what the required features and functionality of the site will be. With all this information in hand, we begin to lay the foundation for the most optimally tailored website for your needs.
All of our findings will act as the basis for a working strategy. We'll help your decision making, offering helpful recommendations, with a view to maximising the site user experience (UX), inkeeping with the scope of the products & services you offer.
We'll collate the information into a site plan and basic wire frame of the overall layout, showing core features and functionality to achieve optimum results.
The discussion phase will also cover aspects of our business including our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions of service, Pricing & Payment and estimated Time Frame for the project.
02 Design & Construction
If you have opted for our Custom Branding service, we'll get this done first, as the styling, colours, fonts and any other quirks can be easily integrated to the site as we go along. Similarly, if you have opted for any of our website Photographic or Video-Making services we'll arrange for these to be shot at the earliest conveniance, so as to have all of the bespoke content edited and prepared for entry into their various locations.
The creative process will then begin with the design of your key pages starting with the Homepage.
During the design phase we will keep an open line of communication with your chosen point of contact, to share our progress and confirm any queries which may come up. We welcome as much input as you feel is necessary on your part, so as to ensure the project remains inkeeping with your vision.
